Meet Our Team

Jason Coward


Jason has thirty years of experience in the world of brands and marketing. Having been part of the senior team at leading UK agencies like Simons Palmer, TBWA and ultimately WCRS, he then moved onto the client side. He was CMO for the launch of Sky Italia before running his own successful marketing consultancy. His clients included FIAT, Vodafone, Barnardo's, Nissan, Virgin Media and Sony. He recently moved from London and its airport lounges for a new start in the South West and now lives near Bath.

Sam Passmore

Head of Creative

Skilled in all areas of creative execution. Beginning his career as a graphic designer before adding further strings to his bow in the form of photography and videography. Sam has led projects varied in purpose, location and approach, from simple brand awareness videos to shooting and editing for full-scale social media marketing campaigns.

Alex Mellor

Business Director

Alex's agency experience to date has been a whirlwind of three mould-breaking start ups. He was part of the launch line up at Social Chain in Manchester, the first agency run by Millennials to target Millennials. He then set up his own branding, design and web development agency, in Manchester before a move almost south to Bristol where he is now Business Director at Peppermint. His client experience has included working with Spotify, ASOS, Puma and Hungry House, so there are very few digital marketing challenges he won't have an answer for.

Sara Toussi

Marketing Manager

Proficient and highly qualified in all areas of the trade, with qualifications and experience in Google Analytics, AdWords, Bing Ads, Social Media Community Management, SEO as well as a Level 4 Marketing Communications CIM Diploma. Sara’s focus is to ensure that our clients spend less and grow more.

Andrew Monaghan

Director of Business Development

Andrew is a passionate and experienced business developer, having worked in media sales, agency new business and the insurance sectors. He is therefore widely experienced in all aspects of the marketing mix, whether traditional or online. Andrew has previously worked with clients like Five Guys, Wagamama, Cambridge University and UK Border Force. Enjoying working with clients directly, he has joined Peppermint to find brands and businesses who share our belief that a channel neutral approach to marketing is always going to create the biggest return on investment.
